When you order Boulevard, you will receive a Quick Start Guide, the program CD, and a Getting Started with Boulevard DVD. On the program CD is a complete product list that includes the most recent order form for your country and historical products from the previous 3 years. If you choose, you may add a comprehensive User's Guide for an additional $15.
